This isn’t possible, because each order is processed automatically, and once it has been confirmed it’s not possible to modify the details. If you want to purchase additional items, you must place a new order.

Question 4 – An item in my shopping cart disappeared? 

By placing a product in your shopping cart you don’t reserve the product. If anyone else makes the purchase before you, there is a chance that you won’t be able to make the purchase yourself, because the product is sold out. To prevent this from happening, make sure to complete your transaction.

Question 5 – There is no more inventory, will there be a restock?

Memphis Depay Clothing is available for a limited time only with an exclusive inventory. Meaning, when a product is sold out, it won’t get restocked.

Question 6 – Can I cancel my order?

Question 7 – I have an exclusive code, where can I use this?

Question 8 – Payment methods

MDF Fashion B.V. ships from the Netherlands (Europe). For all countries in Europe, no additional pay duties or taxes are charged. However, if your delivery address is outside of Europe, duties and taxes may apply. Please note:  MDF Fashion B.V. is not liable for any duties or taxes.

All orders will be delivered in our signature Memphis Depay Clothing packaging that is suitable for gifting.

Question 16 – Shipping time and costs

All orders placed before 15:00 (CEST) are aimed to sent out the same day. Depending on your shipping addresses delivery times may vary. For each order, we will supply track and trace so you can follow your order. Your shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery address. Transport costs are added to your checkout so you can view the total expenses of any of your purchases.

Question 18 – How can I return my order safely? 

All orders from MD Fashion B.V. can be returned within 14 days. Shipping fees apply by the carrier of your choice. Please be informed that the original state of your order may not be affected. Original tags must be attached and the item cannot be worn or washed. A return slip is included in the shipment.
